Great staff, great amenities, clean, fun, organized, beautiful, nice area, secure mail room. There really is not anything negative to say! Even when there is a problem the staff handles it promptly, kindly and well. The dashboard feature is nice but has become a bit of a place for angry people to rant so that stresses me out a little but I don't see a better way to do that.

Not having AC for a newer building is a huge downside. AC is no longer a "nice to have".

Walls are paper thin. Packages and amenities go missing. No enforcement of weed smoking nor loudness during quiet hours. Bad/smug attitude from the other tenants. These have been 2 uncomfortable years.

I think the rent and utilities are too high

I wouldn't recommend it because, while I love everything else about this place, I think it's overpriced when you can clearly hear your neighbors and I have to walk with purpose so my downstairs neighbor doesn't hear me walking.
