The entire development was noticeably rushed through construction and very poor planning. There have been ongoing issues with hot water, dishwasher, ceiling/light fixtures, door handles improperly installed, routine AC outages, severe ongoing bug issues, and flooding of mud in parking lot. When these complaints have been brought to management from multiple tenants, management has only reacted defensively if at all. There is no 24 hour maintenance. We had one maintenance person between 3 properties who has recently quit, and we are now without anyone. This is not a luxury apartment and it is not worth the amount that is being charged. I would strongly advise anyone against moving to North Point or its sister property, Westmont.
