I lived in these very high end, over a grand a mos apartments and honestly could not wait for the lease to be up. No matter how considerate your neighbor tried to be you could hear every single noise made and I mean EVERY single noise. The builder of this complex should have to live in one for a week he would go nuts. Everything you see is superficial not an ounce of craftsmanship in the place and certainly no insolation or soundboard. If you come see these make sure the leasing agent takes you to occupied apt so you get the real sense of what these things are made of and I promise you won't live here.
