Overpriced!
Residents with dogs allow their canines to relieve themselves in the elevators, common areas, common kitchen, hallways, and they do not pick it up! The electric bill is split among residents and the common area is added in! It is insanely expensive.
The appliances and heating do not work well in this brand new complex. The dishwasher in my place isn't working and the heater barely works.
Hot water lasts less than 10 minutes in the shower.
The blinds are so thin that light shines in and keeps everyone up at night.
Most apartments have no cell phone reception (even with boosters). It's 2015! Seriously?
Cars are constantly damaged in the garage and surface deck by leaking chemicals from roof and overhanging branches, respectively.
