I was very impressed with the theater room and that anyone could watch their own DVDs or television shows there. Everything looked very clean and in great shape. The community had a lot of features that I liked. I found that the price was a little expensive for a one bedroom apartment.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! First the place is very over priced! They will try to make it out to be luxury, but it is very cheaply made. Thin walls, low quality paint.. You can hear everything happening in the apartment above you! We got to know the people that lived below us and they once told us it sounded like we jumped and stomped around all the time. It was just me and my husband and we are both pretty quiet. The office people are extremely rude!! Willey is one of the worst. Avoid talking to her. They will nickle and dime you for everything and try to add on more when you move out. I cleaned our apartment until it looked immaculate and they still charges us a few hundred dollars from cleaning at move out. They are very dishonest!

**WARNING** My wife and 8year old son and I have lived here for about a year and feel like the rules/management here at the Crossing Apartment are very similar to collage dorm rules. Here are a list of bullet points of reasons below. 1st. The staff comes in to our apartment without us home to inspect our living space. It makes us very uncomfortable because of the valuables that we own. As some of the staff here look very sketchy! Staff should not be allowed in a tenants rented living space without permission form tenant each and every time. And an appointment would be good as well. The last time they came in my wife was asleep when they opened our bedroom door. Good thing she was decent. 2nd. There are no BBQ's allowed on the patio. We where not aware of this when we moved in so we had to rent a storage unit to store it away. 3rd. If you receive a package via UPS or FedEx or a package that does not fit in your mail box you must pick it up with in 4 day or they will return to sender. What if you are on vacation??? 4th. They fixed the ceiling on the patio when we where not home...and left a huge mess for us to clean up. There was debris everywhere! 5th. Once you sign the lease you will be treated very second class. Almost like oh they are "locked in to the lease" so we don't have to treat them like valued residents any longer. Word to the wise don't bite the hand that feeds you! Or you will loose it.

The leasing agent had a professional outlook, yet was warm and made me feel at home. The presentation was customized and the community, with the upkeep and presentation was appealing.

The property was very impressive, the amenities were spectacular. I felt the area we entered the building through could have been decorated with benches or planters, to make that area more welcoming. Other than that, it was a beautiful location and the staff that I met was amazing and very knowledgeable.

The community is a great place to live. The apartments are roomy, attractive and functional. They feature very nice amenities and upgrades. The common areas such as the pool, hot tub and BBQ area are very, very nice. I have not seen a weight room any nicer than the one provided here. The property is situated in a gorgeous, new community with great views of the mountains, numerous parks and lakes, running trails, and shopping and dining opportunities that rival or surpass anywhere in the state. What a great place to live!

This apartment community was well maintained and had a lot to offer someone living there. It was very clean and had great floor plans for the price and was very close to shopping and schools.

The consultant is extraordinary! Very warm and engaging. She does a great job in presenting the positive aspects of this awesome community.

The agent provided a good overview. I would have like her to provide a broader selection of apartments to see, in lieu of her comment about being 70% occupied. I felt that the apartments were presented very professionally, but there was little connection made between what I liked, what I really needed, and how the community either met or exceeded my needs or requirements. Lastly, I had concerns about construction traffic, noise, and traffic as a lot seemed to be going on in the area, however the lovely community seemed somewhat isolated from the rest of South Jordan located further to the east. The product is excellent and I believe the rents are very fair.

The community was appealing with amenities that make living there fun. The community is very nicely decorated with the grounds well kept and attractive.

The apartments were beautiful. The amenities were amazing. The leasing professional was wonderful.
