My husband and I moved to Texas from another state. We were very organized with our move, and had all the documents the complex require to be approved. We get here, and the staff woman was extremely rude, claimed not to have the documents needed for us to move in even though her boss had approved us and we had an email from her stating this. We then had to contact businesses, on a Saturday, to get the necessary documents. Finaly we got the keys. Now, we deal with loud landscapers at 8am, neighbors who let their cats roam outside all the time, others who let their dogs out without a leash and don't clean up after them, and an infestation of mosquitos. The mosquitos are so bad I can't lounge by the pool without getting alive. We won't be renewing our lease. This is only the tip of the iceberg of the problems we have occurred while living here.
