If you plan to move in and are excited about the “reserved parking”, DON’T. We were "misinformed" about the parking situation. We were told reserved parking was available for all residents. We were told that they would tow if someone were to park in these reserved spots. This was the main reason we were attracted to this property. We move in only to find out that they do not in fact tow until after a 24 hour period, to give time for the vehicle to be moved. This leaves you, the apartment resident, inconvenienced because you either have to park on the roof of the garage or get a temporary spot from the office. I would also like to mention the helpfulness the staff provides you when you have concerns: that would be NONE. The office staff is extremely rude. And when complaints are filed with the manager about the behavior of the employees, all she does is stick up for her unprofessional employees, whom might I mention think it is appropriate to ignore and roll their eyes at you when you enter the leasing office for assistance. They have made living here uncomfortable. Be warned.
