Worst apartment ever

I waited for an apartment here for more than a month and when I finally got it on a Saturday, it was dirty and there were a few roaches. I went to the office and told them about it and they said they would take care of it. I went back to my other apartment to pick up my stuff that same day and returned to The Breakers on Sunday around 9 or 10 pm and I found the place full of roaches (small ones). They were everywhere, the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. I didn't stay there at all and on Monday morning I went to cancel my lease.

Infestation

We moved to this apartment earlier this year and absolutely loved it... now? Not so much. While the apartment itself is very nice as well as the neighbourhood, we have had an outrageous roach problem. Yes the office has "put in an order" for pest control to come out but besides the regular 3 month checkup they have yet to show. My fiance has even called greystar and here we are 8 pm on a Wednesday night and nothing. When we signed our lease the staff told us we would have pest control every 3 months, or when we needed it. I don't understand what could possibly be going on for the past 6months snd only have had pest control 2 times. We understand that living in a complex you are bound to have the occasional bug or two but every day, kitchen, bathroom, living room, doesn't matter there are at least 10 roaches that scurry around. I cannot wait for our lease to be up so that we can move out of this infestation. The staff here at the Breakers should really try to make sure that their residents are taken care of, especially when it comes to this kind of problem.
