The entire year I was there I was constantly calling maintenance. Dryer was cheap and broke every month or so. Was told nothing they could do about it. Toilet was constantly clogging (previous renter flushed something down it causing it to constantly clog). Took them almost a year to finally pull apart toilet and remove what appeared to be several tampons. Gave no warning on breeding access to apartment. Several occasions I came home to find someone inside my apartment doing something. Started with curbside trash pickup was done away with a week into lease. If you have a maintenance emergency there is no one in office at night so it has to wait until the next day they were there. Hours of flo office constantly changed. It appeared nice at first glance but as time went on became obvious it was made cheaply not worth the amount they ask for in rent.
