I have rented from Mariposa Apartment Homes in San Marcos TX for over 3 years. They are clean, light, and airy apartments with a variety of views. After looking at several local options I chose Mariposa and I am still very happy I did.
The location is close to all my needs, there are lots of amenities and the staff is very friendly and eager to be of help when needed.
You will never be without an activity here either. Each week a newsletter comes out with next weeks activities. There is a free 1st run movie each week, exercise classes, health seminars, games and entertainment. Cook-outs are scheduled throughout the year.
You can use computers free in the media room, visit the library with thousands of selections, work out in the exercise room, or have coffee or watch TV in the bistro. Do laundry in your apartment or use 1 of 3 available on the second floor.
Mariposa also has freight size elevators for easy move-in.
