Reviews

The worst apartment I have ever lived at..

We've had request since we been here it's been 3 months and I still don't have my request done.. They tell you a lot of non sense they will do but never actually do it.. I cannot wait to move out.. I do not recommend this place at all.. Carpet was disgusting and they told us they would change it when we moved in they just had so many dumb excuse.. The floor was dirty.. The sink is rusted.. But apparently they can't do anything about it..

horrible living experience DO NOT MOVE HERE

I've been living here for about a year and it has horrible sense day one.
Management is the worst maintenance is nonexistent and tenants
are 3x as worse, always trying to pick a fight. Management to when
You try to report these things but will have the biggest smile on their
face when you pay rent, they dont even stay long they go through
managers, leasing agents, and maintenance like nothing and the new
ones are Worst than the last. Do not move here!!!

Bad Service

Hello,
My family and I have lived in apartment 1202-2 at Villas De La Cascada and we are really miserable. We spend at least a couple of hours each day fighting leaking pipes from the dishwasher. The water is coming out and covering the entire kitchen area. (NO WE ARE NOT USING THE DISHWASHER BECAUSE IT HAS NEVER WORKED). The water that is sitting in the bottom of the dishwasher is stagnated and the entire house smells like a sewage pipe. If the problem doesn’t get fixed today we are going to call a repair man and send the bill to Villas de la Cascada. If that doesn’t work we are going to a motel and send the bill to Villas de la Cascada. It doesn’t take three weeks to go to Home Depot and get a part.
We also spend countless hours fighting the water that builds up in our patio area and floods into the foyer. This happens when it rains. I am absolutely positive that Memorial Day was not the first time it has rained in San Antonio and I am sure the previous tenants (Of course I have no Proof) have notified management of the problems. The apartment patio area floods and it seems the water from all of the other apartments run into my area. The patio area remains a mud hole.
The patio storage door is falling off. It worked fine when we started renting but now, after only opening this door, maybe 10 times, it is falling apart.
We have called the office and reported the water sitting in the kitchen floor. A guy showed up and said it was the dishwasher and then never returned to fix the problem. Now when we call, all we get is an answering machine.

Concerned tenant.
