The location is excellent. That is what you are paying for. The amenities are average. The gym is practically non existent. The pool is nice and the community is great. They have a recycling program as well. It's close to the airport but you don't hear any planes. While the front desk members are nice, your work requests take too long to get done. It's a very safe community and has security gates. The apartments are small compared to what you are paying. They have huge closets and average appliances. They could use some upgrading. Overall it's a decent apartment.
