Awesome residence!

I would recommend this community to my friends but the elevators need to be working

Car was broken into while parked in the garage and cameras are of no help. Left a violated feeling

Living in this community makes me feel like I'm a part of a family.

Dog owners don’t heed the rules, such as keeping their dog on a leash. The entry ways in the buildings are not kept clean, mostly because of neighbors who do not respect the property or want to do their share to keep it clean.

It is a safe, friendly, quiet, home like environment.
Owners continue to “potty” pets on areas other than dog park area which creates smelly areas.

We’ve had a leak in our apartment for length of time we have lived here. Love Marquis, but not the leak.

I would recommend this apartment community because I feel safe. The community is quiet and well kept. Also, management and residence are respectful. Simply put, Marquis at TPC is a great community to live in and I'm happy to be a resident.

The community is very friendly. The people living here are welcoming. For the price, the square footage cannot be matched. The gas stove cannot be found anywhere else and is a big plus if you enjoy cooking and gathering with family and friends.
Thank you so much for your review! Those gas stoves are great for family events.

I would recommend it for someone younger or able to walk the stairs if need be... I know we have an elevator but it goes out often.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We apologize for your experience with the elevators. We will look into it and have the situation addressed. Thank you again.

Carpets in hallway require cleaning. Stains and trash in elevator requires cleaning. I do understand management in transition however I don't bring friends over due to unclean entry area and hallway carpets
Thank you for sharing your opinion with us. We totally agree with you. We are in the final stages of repainting the hallways and updating the carpet. We have samples in Building 3, if you would like to share your thoughts with us. So, get ready to throw a party with your friends. Thanks again.

Lots of work needs to be done on the hallways, carpeting, interior etc. The entrance doors don't always lock/shut behind you automatically, and the wood on the main entrance door is ripped and unsightly. Its very irritating that you have to put your car so close to the gate in order to get the gate to open so you can leave the complex. The clicker doesn't appear to work when leaving. It works well coming in, however.
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. You will be happy to know that many items on your list are being addressed. First, we will be painting and replacing the carpet in all of the hallways by the end of the year. Also, we have already ordered replacements for the entry doors. Finally, concerning the gates; the clicker is suppose to be used for entry and there is a sensor in the ground for exiting. Unfortunately, this is not something we can change at this time but we will keep it on our radar. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts.
