Truck has been broken into 3 times. Pool get out of control. Needs more security.

The valet trash system is useless since its inception. It only encourages people to leave trash outside their doorsteps nonstop and the rules have never been enforced by any of the management companies. Also, parking is not enforced. People may have 5 people living in an apartment taking up spots and the single car household is left to suffer.
