I have lived here for a year now and just signed a lease extension. The Haven is quiet, safe, and has good amenities. The apartment manger/company do a very good job maintaining everything and concern themselves with the small details of cleaning the common areas. It's a little on the expensive side, but I think that the rates are pretty fair considering the location.

I live facing a courtyard, but some apartments face the road and I do not know how the road noise would be.

The only issue is parking. There are overflow spots, so it's never like you can't find a spot at all, but sometimes late on weekdays it's hard to find something very close. However, this is not a big issue, and the overflows are never far.

I really feel like this places goes out of its way to nail everything down and keep things looking great. The construction is new and very solid. The windows are very efficient as well, good seals on the doors.
