The property offered activities for the senior residents, which was nice.

It was a great place for people to have their loved ones that were over 55 years of age. They offered a lot of great benefits such as free lunch, free coffee daily and community monthly events.

The community amenities will be everything my grandmother needs. The common areas throughout the property were well maintained. The leasing professional was very knowledgeable about the property and the amenities they offer. The leasing professional maintained a continuous dialogue with me the entire tour. Based on my experience, I would want my grandmother to live here and I would definitely let others know about this community.

I really enjoyed this agent. She was friendly, made connections and was thorough. She made me want to have my mom live there. She remembered the resident's names and needs.

This is a great place. The staff and residents are very happy. The location is beautiful. It is close to grocery stores and a fitness center! Love it!

I was not able to see an apartment on the property. The agent was nice, but she did not connect with me. She stated they had a waiting list, but did not ask me to get on that list. Overall the customer service was lacking a bit.

This was an older community but was well kept. The leasing professional was very informational, conversational and friendly.

The property has good curb appeal. I think some air fresheners in the office would help out a lot and just some additional decorative items, possibly themed items for specific holidays. The VHS checkout section is a bit dated, so I think some $5.00 DVD's from Wal-Mart would be a great idea. Paint the areas where the residents utilize could use some paint and just brightening up a bit. The amenities seem to be lacking style, it almost as if the property is stuck in a time warp.

This tax-credit community offered one and two bedroom apartments on three levels. Each apartment had laundry connections, ceiling fans, and balconies. The amenities were centrally located. The lease rates reflected the tax-credit policies.

The community is very accessible. The landscape is very well maintained.
