I did not like that I was told an apartment would be available for viewing yet upon arrival I was not able to see one.

This small senior housing community offered ground floor apartments, with laundry connections and patios. Each apartment building had four apartments. The lease rates were reasonable for the apartment size, amenities offered and community location.

The agent did a good job in selling the property to me for my mother. She went over the floor plans, as well as the pricing. She showed me how much income was needed to stay under a different price.

The community has a great location and incredible prices!!

The community was not that hard to find, but they needed more signage directing to the property. The grounds were a little dry and not inviting.

The community was conveniently located to shopping centers and major highways. The leasing agent provided great customer service and made me feel at home. The community was well maintained.

I only encountered one leasing agent, but she came across very friendly and motivated to help in every way.

I liked what I saw of the community but would have liked a swimming pool and fitness center.

This was a nice property. The staff was nice, and I called and told my mother about it as soon as I left.

The office staff was friendly. Though the community did not have a lot of amenities, it did offer a lot for its residents. The food bank came out to the property, and they even had someone there to help residents that needed special assistance.

This community was a senior living center. It offered one and two bedroom apartments on the ground level. There was a community room, laundry room, and monthly events/activities. I was shown a floor plan for a one bedroom apartment. It had a spacious living/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and large bathroom. The lease rate reflected the income requirements.

they would wait for years for changing out carpets(been here 10 years, and requested floor twice) in writing, also no handicap bathroom handles.

What I got to see when I arrived to the community seem to be well maintained. The upkeep of the community seems to be their number one concern. It looked like an awesome community.

The community is located in a convenient shopping area. They have washer/dryer connections, resident functions and friendly staff.
