I have lived here for two years, and have seen multiple apartment managers (the building has only Vernon operations for over three years, mind you!)
The current manager is constantly over her head with issues and does nothing about complaints made about neighbors that disturb the peace during quiet hours.
I live on the 10 th floor and the people above me are loud and obnoxious with there dogs barking during the early morning hours and the jumping off furniture landing with a bang on the floor, shaking our walls.
I'd reconsider moving here if I were you.
