It was a great location and was a great value for the amenities that were offered. I loved how quiet and pleasant it was.

I would not recommend the community to family and friends.

I liked the community. I could tell by the features in the apartment home that it was built in the 90's. The staff was nice. My agent was very polite and friendly.

Overall the visit and call were over the top. The agent was excited, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She seemed to like their job and enjoyed helping people find their homes.

The leasing professional made me feel like a resident at the community. I was presented with a floor plan with the prices which would help me make a decision on an apartment. She seemed to care about my needs and was comfortable speaking to me. My experience made me feel valued as a potential resident.

This is an older community and the overall maintenance was not bad. The leasing professional was okay in her greeting and good in her demonstration.

This community was truly beautiful, it was like a piece out of time itself full of mature trees that greeted you when you drove in. The staff was nice and friendly and warm, a very cheerful bunch. The office was clean, smelled fresh and nice, the temperature was just right. The grounds were well manicured.

Overall, the agent discussed the rates and pricing comfortably and in an understandable manner. She asked if I wanted to fill out the application before leaving. Based on the on-site presentation, I would have leased from there. The agent was good at determining my needs, asked what I was looking for the apartment and when I was moving in. She conveyed a warm and inviting attitude on-site.

This is a quaint and quiet community. They are located close to shopping and entertainment venues. The grounds are immaculate and there are wonderful greenbelts, shrubbery and cute little bunnies. I would definitely recommend this community.

The property seemed dated inside and out. I loved the maturity of the grounds themselves, with all of the mature trees and open grass. Inside the apartment though, I could tell they were stressed and they were just slapping a new coat of paint on them to make them look newer.

The community was very nice and neatly kept. I would not be embarrassed to bring a friend home. Of the apartments I have recently looked at, I would put this one at the top of my list. The apartment itself was nicely laid out and had a great use of space. I liked the open feel. It felt much larger than the square feet I was quoted.

Overall, I was not very satisfied with the appearance at the apartment. I thought it looked a bit dated even though the features on paper were very nice. The staff was very friendly. The model apartment was okay, though I felt like it could have been better.
