Buyer Beware
My experience with the Office and maintenance has been horrible as well. They are incredibly incompetent and hostile to their residents.
Maintenance tickets I've submitted do take about 2 weeks to fully process and then close, so, hope it's nothing you can't live with or that creates an unbearable living situation.
I submitted multiple tickets and had to escalate a maintenance issue (bathroom towel bar broke) to the property manager.
I have been here for less than a year and I can't wait to get out of my lease. I feel as though I'm being held hostage.
They do not have trash valet.
People do not always pick-up after their pets.
Sometimes maintenance cleans the property/walk ways, sometimes they don't.
There is a laundry facility. There are 4 dryers and 4 washers. Last time I was in there, one of each worked.
There is at least one hole in the fence, at the back of the property.
To add frustration, when I first moved in they gave me the wrong amount due, so I had to catch up in rent, weeks after moving in. Now they're saying thru an audit, I never paid my pet deposit at the time of signing and I have to pay additional monies.
The property is nice looking (don't look too close) and there is nothing wrong with the apartments in general but, BUYER BEWARE. I highly recommend that you live some where else if you value your sanity.
