This is an aging property that appears to be suitably maintained. Everything about the property is unremarkable, but it could work as there is nothing intrinsically wrong with it.

The apartments were upgraded and had nice appliances, the leasing agent was very helpful and courteous made me feel valued. The outlook of the property was pretty decent.

I liked the community and found it well situated. The landscaping was well done and maintained, but the lack of new paint did detract from what otherwise have been an impressive looking community. The amenities, while adequate, did not stand out from any other apartment. The representative was very professional and courteous and made the experience feel natural.

The price of the apartment was more than others in the area for the amenities that were offered. There is no exercise area or other activities that were mentioned.

The leasing professional was energetic, personable and friendly while I was visiting onsite. She mentioned the notable interiors and the recent updates that had been made to the apartment as well as the future updates that were planned for the community. I would refer this community to friends and family looking for a new apartment home.
