I would not ever recommend this property to anyone. The parking is a nightmare and rather than assigning one parking spot per apt they try to force you into paying $35/mo + for a reserved space. If you choose not to rent a reserved parking space, then you have to park and hike from visitor parking when the unassigned spaces are taken (which is pretty much all the time). If all of the parking is taken, including the visitor parking, which occurs frequently, then you will notice all of the unrented reserved spaces but don't make the mistake of parking in one if you don't pay for it (and again, take into consideration there is ABSOLUTELY NO where else to park, not even in visitor parking) because they will tow your car (and it doesn't take very long). The complex doesn't have enough free parking to accommodate its residents and they are very much aware of that. I spoke with the regional manager, Adrianna, recently about this very problem and she acknowledged that this is the case but stated that "the parking and towing of unauthorized vehicles is extra income for the property" so they won't be changing the policy on assigned parking for this reason. AND after you've had to pay to get your car out of impound or pay a $100 "drop fee" (if you should happen to catch your car after the towing company has possession of your vehicle but before they've managed to get it off of the property) then St. Andrew's will slap another $75 parking violation fee onto your account. So it's a win-win for Venterra Realty! Look at all that extra income they're making off of their already paying customers. Apparently your current business isn't enough, they need to maximize the amount of money they're getting from you and will continue to seek out opportunities to do so as much as possible!
