The community was in a good location. The apartment community was decent but based on customer service I would not have leased.

The community's office was being updated. The pool area was clean, as well as the garden areas.

The community agents offered a nice visit.

This was a well well maintained and clean community. The apartments were large, with garages and ceiling fans in several rooms. The rental rates were very reasonable, and the leasing agent was enthusiastic, energetic, and professional.

I was impressed with the leasing agent's attitude and presentation. He was knowledgeable and engaging.

This was a great apartment complex in every way. It was clean, attractive and reasonable in price. Rhonda is a born salesperson, and she believes in her community. She made me feel welcome and appreciated. If I ever do relocate to Nacogdoches I would consider living there.
