Was a nice place a year ago. It's under new management so the place is undergoing renovations and hence the rent has been hiked such that a lot of the previous renters have moved. I don't mind paying for a nice place, but why hike up the rent just because the buildings have been painted? The drains are still old, they clog up almost all the time. When it rains the outside drains don't drain well resulting to flooding. There are always roaches despite the place being fumigated every Thursday. The office staff are friendly tho. All in all, I can't wait for my lease to be up so I can leave this place. I did enjoy living here until now.
