Nice staff,very to the point. Property was well kept and one of the greener grassed areas in Midland. Two pools with great layouts and tennis court. Pools are about to be remodel as well as apartment updates. I loved the new updates. Neat wood flooring and tope colored cabinets. Cozy floor plans and patios. I thought it was a fair price. Not a bad place at all.
Negetives were that a normal sized washing machine and dryer probably wouldn't fit and they would rent you them "if" available.
