The assistant Diamond at Anatole at Briarwood has the worst customer services. She does not know how to handle problems with customers. She is not professional. She does not respect her customer. She treat everyone poorly and disrespectfully all the time.

I don not recommend Anatole on Briarwood in Midland TX to anyone. There are many inconveniences if you choose to live here.

First, Anatole provide you one and only one dumpster. Only one dumpster for the whole community. They charge you $8 a month for trash fee. But everyday you have to take you trash to your car, and travel it to this dumpster because it's too far... I am getting tired of this and have spoke with the manager about this issue, but they said they can't do anything!

Second, their maintenance service is always delayed and they can never fix your problem immediately. My dishwasher is broken and it took them a week and it's still in process. They never contact you regarding the process of the work order and never give you a straight answer of when it's gonna be fixed.

Third, the apartment is bad design and by a busy street. If you live here, don't wish to sleep well ever because you will never be happy with the nonstop noise.

Forth, the assistant in the office do not have professional work abilities/ethics. No matter what you ask them, they just say they don't know. They never treat you properly, they gave you attitudes when you ask them something. They do not respect you as their customer. They have the worst customer services!!!

Fifth, they enter your room without noticing you.

Sixth, it's price and not worth it to choose Anatole.
