Ok so i have lived here almost 2 years, the staff is very nice they know me when i walk in the door, not always by name but definitely by apartment number. the pluses to my apartment is most of the time there is ample parking as there are no covers or assigned parking, however i do think that recently they have got a contract with the colleges because there have been a lot of college students recently who like to party and smoke, and one of the unfortunate things is all the vents seem to connect so you can smell everything that everyone is doing in there apartments unfortunately. The pluses are that the apartments are pretty big the master bedrooms could fit 2 king sized beds. The living rooms are massive, and you get a stack-able washer and dryer, and there are 3 pools. The negatives the pools are not always open and do not get cleaned as often as they should, there is a police officer that lives on property but i never see him patrolling, the secondary closet is very small and not enough room, also the secondary bathroom is small and in the larger 2nd to largest 2 bedrooms there is no storage closet for towels and bed sheets and such for the most part it is pretty quiet. the bus does pull up in front of the apartment complex next door to pick the kids up for the high school.
