Awesome Resident parties

Management gave an awesome Fall Party. ihave never experienced such a wonderful time at any other community i have lived at like i did here. The management welcomed everybody made time for everyone. . It was like i was at home with family.
Thank you Rebecca for all you do us.

Dont Live here

If your one to voice your opinion, and complain about problems to the management, but pay your rent early always, and keep your place in perfect condition, they will refuse to release, and boot you out. I got a huge problem with this, just the fact of the pet deposits

horrible

we have been inspected 4 time in the past 2 months, just received a letter in our door saying they are coming back for a "fire extinguisher inspection" and if we don't leave our door unlocked its a $75 dollar fee. the staff treat the place like its their own bathroom. they chain up the pool at their own will yet the staff who live here use the pool after hours when ever they want to. DO YOUR SELF A HUGE FAVOR AND RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. its looks nice but not worth the hassle.

Poor management, who play favorites.

I was to start out with the positive factors of the property. The complex has a
great curb appeal. The leasing office is nicely decorated. The pool is breathtaking, and has amenities, that most other complexes don't .

Well all of those things are great. But looks , as well as decorations don't make
living some where luxury, as they advertise themselves to be.

When we came to look at the apartments the leasing staff was friendly, to a pointWe were taken to look at a unit, and told go ahead and look around. When we
asked questions about the unit, we were given the deer in the head lights look,
or given vague answers. Not very knowledgeable about their product.

We liked the unit and decided to rent. When we came to sign our lease, we were told that they did not prepare the leases, that an outside company prepared
them. We were then told that we could go on line to view our lease, and e-sign. Most places go over you printed lease with you, and explain and answer any questions. Not here, take your money and leave you hanging.

We are supposed to be a gated community, I mean we pay enough. Only half the complex is gated. The other end is open to whomever wants to enter, which is vagrants living in buildings under construction, laborer so who off the clock come and help themselves to lumber, and whatever else they choose to take. The
Management is clueless, but the construction people are concerned. Courtesy
officer????? Never have seen him, but how ironic he gets a break on his rent !!!,

Interior of apartments: The open floor plan is great. The option of an attached
garage is great. The square footage for your buck is great. The faux wood floor
Would be beautiful , if they had not put some type of wax over it, which is flaking away, and should never have been put on. Scratches over most of floor. The
cabinets have chips and scratches, which we were told we could come and get touch up paint. When asked we were told , uh we don't have any. Come to find
out they do have it and the the maintenance man was too lazy to look for it. The
caulk around our garden tub is coming off, put on so sparsely like Elmer's glue.
The frame around the bathroom mirrors is too big, and has gaps. The grout on the ceramic tile floors never had a sealant put on it. Also all of the electrical
outlets were installed upside down. THIS Is considered luxury living ?????
They also hand you an inspection sheet to fill out upon move in , claiming that any repairs or issues you find will be taken care of. How long does one have to
wait to have these things taken care of ??????? Well no one has shown up yet , 8 months later. How ironic !!!!!

I thought with new management, that things would change. Well, not much for
the better. You see they play favorites, and don't expect people to be upset
when things go wrong, and you bring it to their attention. You had better go in
to their office with your poker face on, as they wear theirs. Do not show any
emotion, and expect to be judged. For some one who abides by the lease,
follows the rules, pays there rent, and water on time. I think you could get a bit more compassion and respect. Not the case. They want to tell you theirs or
another's perception, disregarding your feelings. That does not fix the problem
you are having, and have brought to their attention.

Enough said.

Honest Review

I moved in the apartments when they first opened. I like the apartments a lot!  The staff is really nice too--especially Dina the Manager. I do think it's a bit overpriced--I mean come on it's Katy and we live by cows. Not exactly prime location...

The apartments itself are gorgeous. It has stainless steel appliances, faux wood pretty much everywhere, full sized washer and dryer (they're pretty great too), crown molding, beautiful lighting, garden tubs, framed mirror in the restroom and a gorgeous pool area. Their workout area is a little obsolete. I mean I would never go there... Also, the really don't have an office area, which is super odd. They don't even have computers or printers for the residents... not even WIFI. Now, this could be because it's still new, but I doubt it. I mean I like living there and I'm pretty darn hard to please. I'm that costumer/tenant!

It's far from... EVERYTHING, but I like the quietness of the area. Plus, there is an availability to all the necessities, for example, groceries, police station, banks, shopping, etc.

Maintenance service is great, in my opinion. I had a sugar ant and silverfish problem when I first moved in, but that was probably because of construction. I mean we did mess with their habitat. Also, one time I saw the biggest snake in the complex I've ever laid eyes on that wasn't in a zoo or tank. I mean it was huge! Again, this is the country and snakes are everywhere and we built apartments on their home, so I'm expecting to see another one some time soon.

I'd suggest it to my older friends because they would love it. I'd say, it's not really apartments for those who are in their twenties or like to be in the "happening spot." Then again, who really wants those tenants. They're loud and don't pay rent on time Ha!

Terrible Service all around

This complex took two seperate deposits and RENT for the first month then took a full month and a week to get our approval.  Their building wasn't ready but they were more then ready to take the money to "get you In""
Then they move as slow as possible. The manager is never available she hides behind closed doors and is virtually impossible to reach.  I can't recommend anyone to take their business there.  They constantly give you the run around and never call you back it's really screwed up.

Do not move here....yet

Do not move here yet! They are building this complex too quickly and they are cutting corners. Once they have you in the apt they don't care to come back and fix anything. You get a little bit of construction concession on your rent (2 weeks) but I have lived here a month and pool is not ready, the fitness center is only open during business hours, there is not enough parking and the trash dumpster is overflowing with trash! It's like they don't have enough money to take care of the necessary stuff unless they get the complex occupied quickly enough.
I have yet to meet the manager. She is always behind close doors in her office, to scared to come out and say hello! This can be a great complex, but not yet and not for the price
