I have lived here since 2010 always pay rent on time my landlord sold the place 3 yrs after moving in been under new management they never come and fix things that need to be fixed I have a fireplace I cant use the half bathroom downstairs I can't use the sink half of the electricity in appartment doesn't work my next door neighbor's bathroom over flowed my living room carpet got soaked all they did was dry the floor out and put same carpet down my neighbors got they're carpet cleaned the next day not only t going up on y rent every month I pay rent on time never late I have neer n they send me a warter bill with a move in date of April 2013 I'm paying rent on time every month and they are not fixing anything in my apartment I was told they would be upgrading my apartment because its really really old appliances I have yet to get ANYTHING upgraded but im a great tenant I kno there is something I could do or someone who would love to have a tenant who pays on time don't cuz any trouble and who doesn't complain!!!!
