I have lived here for over 10 years and until Post sold the property and Greystar took over management- I could not have been happier. I told everyone what a great place it was. With Greystar the difference is astounding. They fired the concierges ( two with 10 and 15 years experience with Rice Lofts), maintenance is awful ( not the fault of Scott). Mystery charges are appearing on our utility bills. 2 or 3 elevators were not working for 3 days this week. The kicker is that they plan on redoing the lofts at the end of your lease- you have no option but move. So if you are planning on renting here make sure you don't mind moving after your lease is up. I talked with a few potential renters and the leasing office neglected to inform that.
