My leasing agent was great, but the community needed a few more upgrades for the rental rates they charged.

The property was well maintained. The curb appeal was inviting. The leasing agent was engaging and professional in her manner. She remembered my information from the phone call and was ready to give me a tour when I arrived. All of the amenities were well maintained. The one bedroom apartment I was shown was a great space and had a bay window in the bedroom. It was updated and inviting. I would recommend this property to others and would consider living here.

This property appeared to very quiet and hidden. It was easy to locate and the signs were visible. The ambiance and atmosphere of the office were clean and luxurious. There were so many trees, plants, and flowers, that the property seemed to be an oasis from the outside. The staff appeared to be very helpful and receptive to all individuals. The community itself had amenities that a resident would be happy to enjoy. The property could use some renovations in the inside apartments, because they were a little outdated. However, it still seemed like a good place to live.

The community was nestled away. The woodwork around the amenities was exquisite. The location and amenities made it a perfect place to call home.

I thought the community was very well kept. I was very impressed by the amenities such as the fitness center. The staff was very attentive and tried to make sure they answered all of my questions. I really liked the netting that was used on the patios to keep the birds out. This was the first time I had seen this done and it gave me the impression that the community really thought about the surroundings and care about giving the residents the best quality of living on the premises and want the residents to be able to enjoy all aspects of their apartments.

Older but well managed community in the heart of the medical center, just minutes from major highway systems and plenty of retail and dining. Apartments featured simple but quality features including upgraded kitchens and spacious closets.

The community was very high-end with excellent curb appeal. I would highly recommend the community.

This property is in a great area, but the pricing is a little pricey.

I was impressed with all of the activities going on and the wifi connections on the property. The staff was knowledgeable. I was told they had a free lock-out program and shuttle to the medical center.

It is a very private community and you can tell it is very quite.

It is an older community and I was not impressed with the interiors. I prefer newer communities.
