He asked what I was looking for and offered me better options for a better value. We talked the entire time and I felt a very genuine connection. I would most definitely lease at this community. The property was well kept, looked brand new, and was very nice. However, the monthly rent was more than double most apartments for the square footage to a dollar amount. The apartments were significantly larger than most one bedroom apartments, but the amenities barely compared to others. They were about the same. Although it was a smaller community, the gym, pool area, and clubhouse were pretty small. The stackable washer and dryer were tiny as well. The staff was amazing and gave me the impression that this was a great place to live.
