Good apartment inside

It is a nice apartment I must say - however, they charge you for pest control, but yet there are roaches time to time. It doesn't matter how clean you keep your apartment, you will find roaches sometime. I haven't experience bedbug myself. I came from Grand Rapids Michigan, and my previous apartment set the bar very high. I signed the apartment online because I didn't have time to look at it first, otherwise I wouldn't have come here.

I enjoy living here

I have lived in four different apartment communities in the Energy Corridor area, most of them newer communities then this one, and I can honestly say I enjoy living here more then the previous places I've called home.

Yes, you have the same issues you have living at any apartment community such as noise from other apartments every now and then, parking is sometimes full, but it's not a huge issue, I can always find parking within a very close distance from my apartment. Dog poop in the grass, even though there are doggy bag stations in every single courtyard because people are lazy and don't pick up after their pet, water pipes occasionally breaking during rapid changes in temperature, etc... All of the normal stuff that I have experienced in every single apartment - new and old - is very similar here, but I enjoy the neighborhood, the maintenance is prompt and professional, the staff is professional and consistent, my neighbors are nice, businesses and restaurants are within a short distance as well as parks, etc... bottom line - I love living here.
