I had one of the maintenance staff tell me the water at the whole complex is bad. When you turn the cold water on there is a foul smell that comes out. This isn't normal. Also there was a break in at the gym on site. The front office didn't make the residents aware.

As a real customer, I would have to say that this community met all of my needs and expectations. I could not ask for better service. I was even given refreshments. The prices were competitive with other luxury apartments. The fact that there was nothing dated or worn-out in the community was a plus.

This community was very nice. The amenities were appealing and the leasing agent went out of her way to assist me.

This apartment community was located in a slightly isolated location. You would have to have good transportation as there are no stores close to this location.

This community is an awesome place. It is tucked away and would appeal to anyone.

I have lived here for almost a year and can't wait to move. The apartments are very dark even with the blinds open. The train runs behind the apartments and is very loud. If I knew this I would not have rented here. On the plus side the grounds are kept nicely and maintenance issues are quickly resolved. It is a pet friendly place but many do not pick up after their dogs even though there are many poop stations on the grounds with bags.

I fell in love with this place. The leasing staff and manager really do care and that means alot. I feel safe here and cant wait to use the pool this summer.

The property was very nice and the agent gave a nice tour, even though they never asked about my preferences for the apartment. I actually recommended the community and agent to a family member just after I left the property.

This community is located right off one of the major thoroughfares in the city. It is nestled away in a secluded area. It is very well cared for and would make a great place to call home.
