Please do not move here.

I have lived here for two years now and recently moving due to traveling and downsizing. I have not had any issues until new management took over earlier this year. Previously we would receive monthly news letters keeping residents up to date with changes or issues. Manager in front office now is extremely rude and I have submitted several maintenance request that took a long time to fix. I currently submitted a request in April due to leaking from AC unit that caused baseboards to warp that still has not been addressed. I loved this place until the new management and unfortunately will not recommend these lovely homes to anyone due to that very reason. I had a referral move in but when I attempted to receive my referral credit towards my rent, I was informed that management no longer honored credit. Residents were not informed of this change. Overall, the price is good for a family looking for reasonable rent opportunities. I think it is sad that the choice of management makes living here painful and I am content with my decision to move.

I have reported several things that needed to be fixed many months ago and I am still waiting.

I’ve been living in the Ridgemont Apartments for just over a year now and I feel right at home. The units are quite nice and a good size. When I moved in, the unit was spotless and freshly painted. Having made friends with my next-door neighbor, I can say that his unit is just as nice, bright and spacious as mine. Also, the location is really convenient for public transportation and getting to work. It’s within walking distance to the grocery store too!
