I would not recommend the community to others looking in the area. I was not shown the amenities.

The community was nice and quiet during my visit. The leasing agent was thorough in her presentation. I would recommend this community to others.

Things were being repaired, but it was hard to see improvement.

When I arrived at the community, there were five or more cars waiting at the gate to get in. I did not care for that. I liked that they were upgrading the property. However, inside of the apartment it seemed like a rush job and some of the apartments would still have old appliances. I would consider living there, only because of the price. The price alone sells this community.

The community is in a nice established area, with mature trees and nice grounds.

The community looked decent, and the grounds were groomed. The customer service was nice, but I was not shown or given enough community information to want to live here.

The property is in a great location and close to a lot of shops and attractions. It is minutes away from the local freeway. The property is up to date and has great interiors. The staff is very friendly and very personable.

I liked the apartment in that it had the bedroom upstairs. This gives some privacy. The community was nice with lots of woods around. It seemed very quiet and peaceful.

The staff was nice, however the apartment property is nowhere I would want to live with my girls. The apartment layout was nice, but the outside appearance did not look well maintained. Also, I was not shown any amenities like the pool or clubhouse if they had one.

I would not live there. The agent was not professional.

The leasing professional did a good job at convincing me that this was a nice community. It was clean and very nice there. The management had nice perks for people who might need to move around the country.

The agent was friendly and I felt welcomed. She presented with a pleasant voice over the phone. She answered my questions and offered additional information relating to questions asked. She was detailed about amenities, but did not give too much information about the upgraded apartments. She mentioned specials which really made me more interested in the property.

There was a good bit of shrubbery on this property, but not a lot of flowering plants for prettiness. A community water heater building served a large section of apartments. I would have hated to be the furthest from that little building. It would take forever to get warm water for showering. I did feel like the apartments were large and had plenty of room. This was a place that needed a little TLC, but had a lot of great potential. I would not have been afraid to live here. The trees on the property made it shady and nice. I really loved the park right across the street. This property was wooded, but still had very convenient access to the freeway and shopping, which was very handy.

The agent could have done better by telling me about the benefits the community had to offer.

The apartment community did not look cared for when I pulled up on-site. The property was not in poor looking condition but at the same time it did not give a WOW factor. Overall, the property was mediocre.
