Don't ever think about moving here.
If you like like lots of roaches, trash all over the place, leaking roofs, dogs that get left outside and bark all day, incompetent maintenance managers and ------ office staff that won't provide the least bit of helpful information and feeling like you are in the 5th ward instead of the galleria when trying to enjoy the amenities then this is the place for you!
No matter how much the exterminator comes around they get worse and worse, actually after the entire building was sprayed the roaches are worse than before. There is nothing I love more than having one fall on me from the light fixture while getting a drink or fall from the bathroom fan while trying to do my business.
No matter how much they try this place will never be able to take care of the problem as long as they have the people living here that don't care how clean their apartment is. The valet trash service is great but only brought on the problem of people leaving their trash outside where the dumpsters used to be and certain people emptying their kitchen trash in the mail lobby trash cans only to see an amazing amount of roaches on top of the can a few minutes later.
The remodeled pool is great but hard to enjoy when it's over taken by hoards of people that don't live here that show up and act like they own the place. Management finally fixed a gate they have known was broken for over three months all the while knowing that many many outsiders were using that gate to come in on the weekends.
The maintenance staff try to help but when their way of telling if your a/c is working correctly is to touch the kitchen counter top and declare it feels cool you really have to wonder. They would rather come put a band aid fix on it every couple weeks than fix it correctly. As for the office staff don't ever expect to talk to the actual manager because she's never here and the assistant manager / accountant has a ------ attitude and can't be bothered.
