he maintenance team comes in a timely manner and the staff is nice, but that's not enough for me to overlook the other problems. You have to pay $15 for a parking space otherwise you will have a very hard time finding one later in the day. They charge $10 for trash that you have to walk across the complex to take out, $1.50 for pest control that I have yet to see them use, and the water bill has been $30 more than anywhere else we've stayed even though it's the same amount of people living in my home. Also, because of having to use moneygram to pay your rent, the rent is higher with the added fee. It's not worth the price and again THE PARKING IS TERRIBLE!!!
