The leasing agent was helpful and friendly. He was knowledgeable and confident in relaying information. He naturally built rapport. He spoke of a feature that the apartment home offered, which related to what I was in search of. I felt as though he was genuinely interested in leasing me an apartment home.

Overall, the community was nice and would have suited my needs. Both staff members were customer friendly and nice. The community appeared well groomed and maintained, and had decent amenities.

The community appears to be hidden from busy and noisy streets, which would be a great added benefit. The community is gated, which would make me feel very secure especially late at night. The staff appeared to genuinely care about my needs and was not in a rush to just sell me an apartment. The individuals I crossed from the tour appeared to be very nice and happy to live within the community. Residents were taking advantage of the pool and fitness areas, which appeared to be very clean and well maintained. The only withdrawal would be if you are not a pet friendly person because some individuals would not like to lease were pets have stayed, no matter if all the carpet has been replaced.

The apartments are located in the heart of the Galleria area, which has amazing neighborhood conveniences.

The community was tucked away from bustling streets, but situated in the heart of the Galleria district. It was a medium size community, in a great location.

I enjoyed touring this community. The sound of the waterfall is so relaxing.

The landscaping and decor around the property was nice and orderly. As a potential resident I would lease there based on the presentation.

The apartments were very elegant, well maintained and well managed. I feel that the property is located in a terrific location close to a host of shopping and fine dining. The interiors of the apartments were up-to-date and very elegant.

Touring this community was a dream. The LPC professional was very enthusiastic during the phone call and seemed to be genuinely excited to meet me and show me the model. Unfortunately, they were nowhere to be found once I arrived, however, another LPC professional was just as eager, if not more, to take over and show me how great living in the community would be. The on-site professional was beyond astounding in her presentation, and I was convinced I needed to live there.

This community is like a vacation resort. The Mediterranean theme is awesome.

The community was very pretty, with the European theme. I wished that they would upgrade the flooring in the apartments, as most people nowadays do not want carpet.

AS a customer considering to lease at this property, I found the apartments to be very appealing. The upkeep was outstanding, and the amenities were all I could hope for. The staff was warm, friendly, and attentive to my needs.
