The community was LEED certified and had a great location just minutes from some of the best shopping and dining in the city. The apartments were unique and had great features and the leasing staff was very professional and friendly.

The customer service was great. The community was nice and tidy. The apartment was nice also but the size of the rooms were just too small for the price.

The presentation ended with the leasing professional explaining the application process in great detail. Also the staff was extremely nice and welcoming. I would love to be a resident.

The apartment was somewhat small for the rental rate. However, for someone who does not mind a small space, this is more than likely a great option.

I guess I was expecting a more affluent attitude, but all that was alleviated by the leasing agent who was just so down to earth and easy to converse with. She listened to what I was looking for, being thorough on the tour, answering all my questions, and alleviating any concerns I may have had with the community. The experience was enjoyable. I never once felt I was being pressured.

This is a beautiful community in the heart of the new River Oaks District, accessible to major shopping and retail districts. They are luxury apartments with floor to ceiling windows, hardwood floors, gas ranges and walk-in closets. Rates are on par with other communities in the area.
