As a customer, the property was great. The price seemed high and I am just not into paying prices for an apartment that a person pays for a mortgage.

This was a very high end community with a lot of very environmentally friendly amenities. The leasing professional could have taken a little time to explain more about what the Leeds certification. She briefly mentioned the energy efficient washer/dryer but did not touch on too much else with regards to that.
