DO NOT LIVE HERE
We approached Cypress Creek about 3 and 4 bedroom apartments. Everything seemed great except for the fact that she was the only one in the office working with a room for of people waiting on info and residents. She bragged about processing applications "quickly" if she needed them in a hurry. Mind you this was the end of July, and we told her we needed to be out of our current apartment by the end of the month. The end of the month approached and the apartment promised to us was not complete, causing us to do a month to month lease paying $300 extra a month,money none of us really had. Week after week it was LIKE PULLING TEETH to get a hold of the office employees. IF YOU NEED SOMETHING YOU DEFINITELY HAVE TO. POP UP ON THEM AT THE APARTMENT. She told us they didn't process our applications, only one out offour were done, two weeks after the applications and the fees were turned in. We were told the apartment would be available the first week of September. September arrives and STILL NO APARTMENT. Once we started getting fed up they began dodging emails and calls from all three of us. We finally decided to get this solved once and for all and showed up at the office.
Of course a full office of people waiting with ONE person only there to help. Turns out the apartment fired everyone and still tries to function with one lady who.knows everything and the rest newbies.
Moral of the story, we wAited three months for an apartment that was promised to us. We were disrespected, ignored, left in tight living and money situations, had to pay $70 to have the one application thAt was processed off our account due to the fact of her not living with us anymore, called hoodlums and hoodrats by the office employees when we finally confronted them about what was going. We aren't hoodrats or criminals like she made us out to be, we're normal working human beings like herself.
After all of this we were DENIED the apartment due to us as a household "making too much money" when we were NEVER told there was a max on the living only a minimum. Do not live here. Do not visit here. It's pretty on the outside but terrible on the inside, people and all.
