Casa Nube en Bissonnet
I have been living at this apartment for almost 3 years and they never cease to amaze me.
1. they change pedestrian gate locks sometimes without notice and tenants will be stuck outside,
2. maintenance personnel are so noisy, their daily work is shabby, they do not pick trash lying around regularly and when they are working a lot of noise, used to play loud music all the time
3. when I renewed my lease there was a new appliance promo going on did not need it because the ones in my apt was doing just fine but I asked the office to see if they would replace my sink because the coating or painting was peeling (nobody came) and I asked to have a few floor tiles replaced that were tearing around the desk for my home office. the maintenance comes in whilst I was at work and I asked him to kindly come back at 3pm he said ok goes and comes back at 2pm when I am still working and he says will come back on Monday of the following week never came back.
4. laundry is supposed to stay open till 9:00pm sometimes its locked up as early as 7:00pm. sometimes you will be in the laundry at about 7:00 pm and the maintenance guy comes by and stares at you like what are you doing in here.... creepy. I went to the leasing office around 6pm to get coins for the machine headed to my apt. to pick up laundry then headed to the onsite laundry under the clubhouse at 7:10pm and its LOCKED! its a shame! to pay and not have access to those things you pay for because the personnel have their own time table aside from the obvious time table that is posted for everyone to use.
