The parking situation is a mess. The valet backs up and then residents can’t get in. I would recommend that valet is moved to the side entrance and residents can pull through the front. Also make the side an entrance only so that all guest traffic goes in and out of the side and residents and exits use main entrance (which would allow for easier in and out for everyone). Then valet would back up on the side street and not on the Main Street

The amount I pay for rent does not reflect what I am receiving from my experience, amenities etc.

Example, the valet hours don’t make sense for the area, the limited guest parking and inconvenience of having guests overall.

Initially when we moved in the service levels were much better but then it started to lack on all ends. Constant breakdown of the elevators and gates, dirty all over the premises, no landscaping until recently, upkeep is just terrible and no concessions from the management for all the inconveniences caused.

I would not recommend this apartment due to the congested parking, the valet not being efficient, the garage gate not working properly for over 6 months, and the many one-off occurrences that happen here.

Accessibility is literally the worst. Leaving is a huge task trying to get onto San Felipe. This is not the Bowens fault but it is still real
