Too much turnover in staff to have any consistency, neighbors are not respectful (loud music, wreaks of pot across the community, crazy drivers in the parking garage), community events don't happen like we were told they would (yes, i know covid, but other complexes have found ways to do things)

Bell rock seems to have kept up with the same amenities and features of the complex as was originally built by greystar. If it’s not broken, don’t fix it. However, in the changes implemented by bell rock such as the residential online portal, there has been steps in the opposite direction of garnering recommendation.

You can hear blatelenly into other apartments as well as the pool. People blare music by the pool and overall the staff does not fix things in a timely fashion.
