It was a large community with pretty views of a golf course. I did not tour the amenities.

The interactions I have with the staff been awesome, from my initial move in to the day-today dealings with my living needs. Whether it be a basic filter replacement or assistance with a package the staff has been polite, kind courteous and swift with their responses and ultimately their completion of my requests. Thank you to the Manager as she always makes it a point to lend a smile and a happy hello, to the maintenance staff who is always efficient and polite and to the office staff who, although at times very busy, makes it a point to acknowledge me as I enter and will keep me informed and frequently travel for business. I am looking forward to a joyous holiday season in my temporary home in Texas, thank you- The Staff at St Laurent, for making the experience so far an enjoyable transition to the Lone Star state.

When I first moved in things were great! Now 8 months later and loss of good staff, they have gone downhill. Maintenance is slow, office never answers phone, when time for office to open meeting are held and people are kept waiting outside instead of meeting prior to office opening, security gate in rear always broken and left open for anyone to enter......need I go on!

This was a beautiful luxury community situated in a wooded setting above a golf course. The amenities seemed to be very nice, although Jeremy did not show them to me. The apartment I saw was very nicely finished out with expresso cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a garden tub with a curved shower rod. The prices were a bit high, but the setting was beautiful. It was located on a major highway just south of the DFW airport.

I feel like if I was to move to this community, I would be remembered and taken care of. The property felt clean and very well looked after.

This is a place to call home, with excellent customer service that makes you feel right at home and valued as a resident.

The community was attractive and very well maintained. The price seemed average for the area. Based on my encounter with the Leasing Professional, I would consider the staff to be outstanding, customer centered and service oriented.

The agent did a great job of trying to get me to move in. I would lease because the agent was very helpful at trying to meet my needs. He was very informative and professional he made me feel at home. He made me think he wanted me to move in the apartment were clean with a nice staff.

I have been a renter here for 13 months, and now that my lease has ended... the staff has increased my rent literally $500 because I have chosen to do a month to month because I will be moving OUT very soon. I tried to give my 30 days notice, but they said that they require a 60 days notice. Now I am obligated to pay this outrageous rent for a small one bedroom apartment. In addition to paying an OBSURD amount for rent, my air conditioning unit has quit working numerous times in the dead of summer 2013 and again this spring(2014) twice already this year. Their maintenance staff is courteous and somewhat prompt but the management wouldn't allow the problem to be fixed properly and still has not.

The model apartment I viewed fit my needs. It was a well designed and functional layout. The leasing agent had a pleasant personality. I was not shown any community amenities.

This was a lovely upscale community in a great location. It was located on a major highway which easily connected to several major freeways not far from the Dallas-Ft.Worth Airport. The community overlooked a golf course and it had very nice amenities with a beautiful two level pool area. The apartments were very nicely finished out and spacious. There were garages, carports and storage units available on-site. The community appeared to have regular community activities and was accessible to plenty of restaurants, entertainment and shopping areas.

My overall experience was great. The luxury community had it all in terms of amenities and apartment features. The leasing professional was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable while providing excellent customer service. They were able to assist me in positive ways with outgoing positive attitude and what I needed to know in regard to my two bedroom/two bath apartment home. I would definitely recommend the property to my friends and anyone who was looking for a great place to call home.

The experience was a genuine one. The community had great landscaping and beautifully kept apartment homes. The office staff were well trained and helpful.
