the units are very nice but cheaply made.
The location is great if you like country living. the renters are wonderful but the management could use some improvement. Very Dictator type of management with the manager not having an open door policy without the activities director and the maintenance man giving their opinions. There has been a mass moveout in the past four months for a total of at least 10 units.
