It is a wonderful place to live. Everyone who works there is extremely helpful and nice. Very nice landscaping and overall appearance. Have and will continue to recommend Parkview Place Apartments to others.

This property is clean; however, it did not have a lot of curb appeal. The apartment are outdated, and the windows seemed old.

This community was clean and well maintained, and had the feel of a nice neighborhood. The apartment I viewed was large, well laid out, and had an incredible kitchen. I prefer to have a larger pool area, larger gym, and more on-site amenities so in the long run it probably would not work for me. I think for the person looking to save money, yet have great quality in their apartment, you could not go wrong here.

The community was very nice, at least the parts I saw. I was informed that white walls were standard unless the resident wanted to pay to have it painted and turned back before move-out. The leasing professional was nice but did not do a great job selling me on leasing.

The apartment was very outdated. The paint job inside was very bad. It appeared as if the painter just painted over the old walls without cleaning them first. I noticed hair dried into the paint on doors. Also, there was paint on door knobs.
