I have lived at The Boulevard for almost a year now, I am LOVING IT! There is so much to do in the area, FC Dallas games at Toyota Stadium, CineMark, The library, and plenty of dining choices. The apartments themselves are really nice, pretty much brand new, and covered parking is included. The pool is great, and the gym is open 24 hours.

I tell everyone that I love this place so much, I may never move! The ONLY complaint that I have is that you raise the rent when it's time to release. I think you should offer some kind of incentive to keeping people here other than a free carpet cleaning. Maybe $100 bucks off of rent...something like that.

its nice, only bad thing is people do not pick up after their pets or have them on a leach.

The property is very clean and well kept. The apartments are very classy and very spacious. The monthly rent is completely reasonable for the amount of space in the actual apartment and the amenities offered. The staff if friendly, humble, and welcoming.

The leasing professional seemed genuinely interested in what my needs were. In retrospect, she could have pushed harder to get me to sign a lease.

Overall, my experience at the community was a very pleasurable one. The agent was welcoming and addressed all of my needs and concerns. She created a sense of urgency in order for me to put a deposit down that day and did it in a friendly manner.

The property is centrally located. The interior of the apartments were of high quality. It was a very nice floor plan with high ceilings.

The overall visit was positive and if I was in the market to move to an apartment, I would consider this location.
