This property is a clear example that there is no one in charge!!! No one knows anything about anything, nothing gets fixed (heaven help you if you have any kind of maintenance problem...it'll be YOUR problem) and nothing at all gets done. They went through new ownership and because they have balloons outside and paint a wall or two they seem all excited internally but nothing is different than 6 months ago. They have new workout equipment (took 6 months to get in)....GREAT!! It's sitting in the workout room unplugged. Has been for awhile and there isn't one employee of this property that knows when the equipment will be available. Tenants have gone through a lot of inconvenience through all this construction, workout room and clubhouse has been unavailable, pools are disgustingly dirty, garage doors are breaking all the time, dumpsters overflowing and rarely emptied and don't even get me started on the ridiculous trash pick-up system they have in place...and on and on.
So, if you interested in some good story-telling and hearing tales of fantasy, then a trip to the leasing office here will help. To be fair, some of the leasing agents are friendly but unfortunately are not kept informed on anything that is happening regarding the property. (Maybe ask questions???).
So, if your interested in a well-maintained place who actually cares about the same things you care about, save the aggravation and look elsewhere. There are many other solid choices in the area. Buyer beware!! These guys sincerely do not care about the tenant and are way too busy living in their own fairy tail land to care about your silly tenant issues.
